Please read the terms below before submitting your registration.
1. Registration & Placement. Submitting this form registers your interest in tutoring with SuccessPoint Learning. It does not itself confirm a place, schedule, or session times — our team will contact you to confirm subjects, available time slots, and applicable fees before any sessions are scheduled.
2. Fees & Payment. Tuition fees will be communicated and agreed in writing (email or invoice) before the student's first session. Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice; accounts with an outstanding balance may have sessions paused until payment is received.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may still be billed at the tutor's discretion.
4. Conduct. Students and guardians are expected to engage respectfully with tutors and staff. SuccessPoint Learning reserves the right to pause or end tutoring arrangements where this isn't the case.
5. Communication. The email and phone number provided will be used to contact you about scheduling, fees, and the student's progress.
These are our standard terms of service and may be updated from time to time; the current version always applies to sessions going forward.
